Why I Started Lucid Psychiatry

My Mission

My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic psychiatric care that helps children, teens, and young adults overcome challenges like ADHD, anxiety, and depression. By combining the latest research with a personalized, whole-person approach, I help my clients build the confidence, resilience, and clarity they need to create fulfilling futures.

Throughout my training and clinical work, I’ve had the privilege of practicing in a variety of healthcare settings. While these experiences gave me a strong foundation, I also saw how the structure of larger systems can make it challenging to provide longer visits, extensive education, or ongoing collaboration with families and schools.

I founded Lucid Psychiatry to create a space where I could offer exactly that — unrushed appointments, personalized treatment planning, and a holistic, supportive approach rooted in science that is tailored to each individual.

What I Love Most About My Work

The most rewarding part of my work is seeing transformation unfold — a child who rediscovers the joy of learning, a teen who gains confidence in friendships, an adult who finally feels relief from long-standing anxiety. Watching clients thrive in school, careers, and relationships is why I do what I do.

My Approach

At Lucid Psychiatry, care is both personalized and rooted in science. I use evidence-based treatments — from therapy approaches to carefully chosen medications — while also considering lifestyle, environment, and personal goals. My approach blends medical expertise with warmth and collaboration:

My Ties to California & Nevada

I grew up in Orange County, California, and now practice in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I’ve spent the last 11 years training and serving patients. I provide in-person visits in Las Vegas and telehealth services across Nevada and California. With strong roots in both regions, I understand the needs of families & individuals here — and I am proud to serve clients in both states.

Beyond the Practice

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, discovering new workout classes, and exploring the world through travel.
